Honeoye Falls – Town of Mendon Historical Society has been chartered by the New York State Education Department since July 28, 1961. It is classified as a public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code. As such, it is qualified to receive tax deductible contributions, bequests, devises, transfers or gifts. Financial contributions to the Society can be deducted from Federal and State Income Tax.
