The March 2nd meeting of the Honeoye Falls – Town of Mendon Historical Society will feature Jack Kowiak, Retired Market Research Manager, Kodak. The topic of Jack’s talk will be “All About St. Patrick’s Day”

How much do you know about the real St. Patrick? Why do we eat soda bread and corned beef and cabbage on St. Patrick’s Day? We will answer these and many more questions as we explore the origins and traditions of this fun March holiday.

Jack Kowiak — who has entertained our audiences twice before — is a retired market research manager from Eastman Kodak who enjoys researching and presenting material that he finds interesting. Jack speaks on a variety of topics to numerous organizations in the Rochester area. In addition, he currently teaches classes at the Penfield Recreation Center. Jack’s goal is to present programs that both educate and entertain.

The meeting will begin at 7:30 on Thursday, March 2, 2023 on Zoom. The meeting is open to the public. Join Zoom Meeting using this link:
